Biography

  Ryuji Tokunaga received the B.E., M. and Dr.eng. degree all in electrical engineering from Waseda University. He was with the Department of Elecrtical Engineering and Computer Sciences, University of California, Berkeley as a Visiting Scholar. And He was an Assistant Researcher at Waseda University. Presently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Sciences, University of Tsukuba.
